Imagination + Extraordinary Donors = Impact at AIChE

The AIChE Foundation continues to strive to be the IDEAL by exceeding fundraising goals, driving progress, and removing barriers for minority communities from diverse backgrounds—and the results are showing!

IDEAL (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Anti-racism, Learning) is much more than an acronym at AIChE, it is a long-time commitment stemming from the first meeting of the Minority Affairs Committee (MAC) in the 1960s to the formation of Women in Chemical Engineering (WIC) to Safe Zone and Unconscious Bias workshops (LGBTQ+ and DORIC) today.

Imagine what all of us can do. We can see that these powerful words have inspired and motivated us because you have helped us succeed in surpassing our fundraising goals this past year! — Bruce Chinn, AIChE Foundation Board of Trustees

It’s intentionally opening the doors to all who aspire to be ChEs which is reflected in AIChE’s robust roster of programs and its Foundation’s fundraising accomplishments.

Imagine what all of us can do.

“We can see that these powerful words have inspired and motivated us because you have helped us succeed in surpassing our fundraising goals this past year!” says Bruce Chinn, AIChE Foundation Board of Trustees.
